this using relay control the temperature ,when the temperature reach set temperature the relay will on and the Peltier module will down the tempertaure and the fan also on to get the ideal temperature.

but from ARDUINO forum i get many answer to make sure that peltier are running .
good to know..apart from relay, can you try minimise size of project using other interfacing electronics?
